Jürgen Hogrefe is an internationally experienced manager and consultant. He is deeply rooted in business, politics and journalism. For 18 years he worked in various positions for SPIEGEL, ia. as a Near and Middle East correspondent. In 2003, Jürgen Hogrefe joined EnBW. As a senior vice president, he was responsible for international business development, innovation and public affairs.
Jürgen Hogrefe is the owner of “hogrefe Consult”, a consultancy specialized in Arab-German business relations since 2009. Core competencies of “hogrefe Consult” are energy, innovative technologies, finance and investment, communication, science and culture.
Christian Meichsner is an internationally experienced expert in strategic business consulting and global communications with a focus on the Middle East. For more than two decades, he has worked in executive positions for the global creative agencies Saatcht & Saatchi and TBWA. He coached some of the world’s major global brands and led agency teams in more than 50 countries. This also includes the task of CEO TBWA in Qatar, where Christian Meichsner and his family spent five years at home.
Since 2015 he lives again in Hamburg and founded his own marketing communication agency b & a Consulting, with which he is active in Germany and in Qatar.
Formerly chairman of the regional court, head of department at the ministry of the interior of Brandenburg and until 2011 state secretary for justice in Berlin, he is now a partner in the law firm AKD, co-author of the commentary on the constitution of Brandenburg, lecturer for criminal and criminal procedural law at the University of Economics and Law in Berlin, Chairman of the Association of Honorary Judges and President of ENALJ.
